Our company manufactures a qualitative range of Pit Pot Annealing Furnaces, which have an automatic heat controller. In these products the pot is manufactured from dished bottom. We offer such kinds of pit pot annealing furnaces.

Outside body made up of heavy gauge M.S. with powder coated and inner muffle with High Temp. Insulating material. Maximum working temperature is 930°C/1130°C. Temp. controlled by Digital Temperature Controller cum indicator. Heaters are made of Nichrome Wire, uniformly wound on the muffle. Control Panel fitted on bottom of the units with Indicating lamps, Switches, Digital Controller and Sensor. A Special Solid State Silver Fuse is used for protection to heater in case of overheating. Working on 230 volts, single phase, 50 Hz.

An optional RS-485 communications port is available to let you use these furnaces with your computer. RS-485 option is factory installed—you must order the RS-485 option at the same time you order your furnace. The fully embedded heating elements maintain temperature uniformity. A door switch cuts power to the heating elements when the door is opened minimizing your exposure to hot temperatures and extending the life of the heating elements. Unique ceramic fiber insulation and double walled construction minimize exterior surface temperatures. The removable hearth plate prevents damage to furnace from spills. Single Set Point Control Furnaces have two LED displays to simultaneously display actual and set point temperatures.
