Inconel – X 750 Roll Pins are manufactured from size 3.0 mm to 20 mm conforming to AMS 5542.

This is a precision component in Ram Assembly manufactured from Aluminum Bronze ASTM B 150 grade material.  This component is eccentric in shape and the tolerances for eccentricity are 0.025mm and the geometrical tolerances like concentricity and the squareness are within 0.025mm. Various dimensions are controlled within accuracy of 0.005 mm to 0.025 mm.

Nozzle Dam Assembly used in Steam Generator to plug Primary holes of Inlet and outlet  nozzles  during maintenance. These are manufactured in Aluminum Alloy, Titanium, etc. maintaining the weight below 40 Kg. The Assembly was Hydro tested at pressure of 6 Kg/cm2 and  was found to be leak proof.

Latch Extension Tube Seal are used in Ram Assembly of Fuelling Machine Head. These are positive segment seal. These seals are not completely leak proof, allowing small leakage & acting as lubricant, reducing the friction between the stationary & moving part of the seal.

FBTR Pin's End Plug ensures there is uniform heat distribution & balance towards Plug & Tube.

Electrical penetration assemblies (shortly EPAs) in a nuclear power plant are installed into the concrete walls of the containment. Their function is to make an electrical connection between inboard and outboard sections of power, instrumentation and control cables.
