Scissor lifts are mobile supported cage type work platforms used for safely moves of workers vertically into different locations. Scissor lifts are different from aerial lifts because the lifting mechanism moves the cage type work platform straight up and down using crossed beams functioning in a scissor attached to the base structural portable assembly. The steel supporting beams under the cage type work platform are hinged with pivot points, creating an assembly resembling connected scissor blades. When the base of the beams is pushed together, the structure extends, raising the work platform vertically. Features From 250 to 500 Kgs. Safe Working Load, lifting height from 3 to 5 meter. Cage platform made of SS 304 square and rectangular structural Pipe. Platform with chequered plate, having doors with lock. Electro- Hydro operated scissor lifting mechanism. Push button remote control for UP-DOWN Movements. Portable with PU Coated nylon castors wheel, Rear two Swiveling type with brake and front two non-Swiveling type without brake. Mechanical jacks to fix the Scissor lift on ground with 4 Nos. of support legs and screw locking levelling pad will be providee. Handle will be provided to pull the Scissor Lift at suitable place. SS Matt Finish. Travel Speed UP & DOWN 3 to 3.5 meter per minute. Power panel will be mounted on scissor lift in SS304 enclosure along with Power pack. Scissor Lift mounted operating panel in SS enclosure with push buttons for UP- DOWN Movement will be provided.
