The TITAN Ice Cream Cone making Machine is used for manufacture of ICE CREAM CONES,CUPS and DEEP HOLLOW WAFERS, Machine can also be used for moulded sugar cones. machine is simple very solid and reliable and can be easily operated by unskilled workers with very basic training. The moulds are mounted on a mild steel frame in such a way that the upper half slides up and down between two steel columns. For balancing it, counter weights are kept and operated by a hand lever. Moulds of the machinery are equipped with automatic ejectors, so that a single movement can eject the cones and make them fall into a box, placed underneath the baking molds. For infusing the batter there is an exact, adjustable and efficient deposition device.
