Inline with similar operating structure and application as Drum Filter (Ref.Above) the Disc Filter is a macro screen used for macro solids removal and product recovery. The disc design is particularly advantageous when a large filter area is needed. The compact design of the disc filter configuration results in 2-3 times more filter area compared to drum filters of the same external dimensions. This makes the Disc filters a good choice for recirculation systems, effluent polishing of wastewater, fine filtration of intake water, or other applications where a space-saving filter with fine filter openings and large filter area is required.

We Manufacture a wide range of Continuous Vacuum Filters more Popularly known as Rotary Vacuum Drum Filters (RVDF). Rotary Vacuum Drum Filters are designed to handle the broadest range of slurries of any Filter offering De-watering, washing or Clarification Applications or a combination of two. In order to minimize energy consumption, size requirements and overall cost, Feed slurry should be concentrated as much as possible prior to Filtration by RVDF.

Drum Slaker consists of a rotating, generally horizontal cylindrical vessel; lime and green liquor enter at one end and leave at the other end after slaking. A Trommel screen is installed at the exit to catch large oversize pebbles and grits. (60% Green liquor enters at feed end and 40% at the discharge end through a splitter box).Baffles are provided inside the Drum Slaker to ensure proper chemical reactions with the desired retention time.

Further, our range of DSM screens find application in various paper mills and are available in various sizes such as 2' wide & 4' wide,Mechanical Bar Screening ,The Bar Screen are installed for the purpose of removing bulky material which would be objectionable and cause trouble in later processes in a sewage treatment plant. It is a continuous and automatically cleaned mechanism requiring a minimum of care and attention.
