Generally electrodes are hygroscopic in nature, it absorb moisture from environment. Such electrodes gives porous welds & fuse slowly. using insulated panels for energy saving and good quality fans with very low noise. the fan inlet and outlet connected with silicon coated fabric to reduce the fan vibration noise. the all ducting is well insulated with glass wool and aluminium sheet covering. we are using thick plate for pressure on cooling pad with proper guide arrangement. the trolley is fabricated with 100mm squire tube with 6 wheels and 3.2 mm thick sheet on surface so we are getting plan surface and there is no bending on the surface so we reduce the wastage of cooling pad. we are using semi automatic trolley moment system to save manpower and comfort of handling. due to proper insulation and air leakage by silicon sealing we save a lot of energy. .

Aging Oven, this Chamber simulates a high temperature environment. This situation can speed up the aging process. With a tensile and elongation change before and after aging to evaluate the character. The high polymer material would be aged cause of the using time and environment condition that would worse the physical properties like stress and extension of finished goods. To figure out the difference, put the material in higher temperature place for a period time, and then test by tensile tester to compare the difference between before and after aged material.

our conveyer oven is 6 meter long teflon coated net belt in compare to metal tube belt to save energy and low hp motor to drive the conveyer. we are maintaining lower temperature in 6 meter long to safe fire inside oven in compare to three meter long oven by others. well insulated from all side for energy saving. most suppliers not providing this process because of the costing issue but this most imporatnt part of production.this conveyer provding strength to corrugated sheet and remove the rest of moisture of corrugated sheet.this process will increased the cooling pad durability and life outo 5-6years.
