Shock Absorbing System employs the concept of absorbing the forceof an impact of the object being hit. The common theme employed by the spring buffers of INSUTECH is the concept that, if this force can be channeled into and absorbed by a safety barrier then less damage willbe done to the objects involved.This means that safety barriers must be more than just visible reminders of potential danger. They must be engineered to withstand the likely specific danger in any given situation.The INSTECH Spring Buffers can be used for crane as small as 1 tonto cranes with a capacity of 500 tons and above.   Insutech Rail Clamps are flexible crane rail clip which are designed and manufactured to fix the largest rails in the most strenuous and demanding applications. It is ideally used for travelling Rails of EOT Cranes. Insutech offers wide range of the clamps like Cup type, Channel type, Flat type, Angle type. The Rail Pad is a device which is mounted beneath the Rails of the Crane or any locomotive which moves on that Rail. The outer walls of the Rail Pad are rubberized while MS Strip is sandwiched between the two walls of rubber material.   The Down Shop Lead System are power feeder system for cranes. Initially bare copper wires were used for the entire length of crane,but as the crane capacity increased there was a requirement for a more sturdy design which would be able to take current as high as 3000 Amps and would work efficiently in dusty and rusty environment and in Class4 working conditions. Conductor rail systems are a safe source of power for current capacities up to 3000 A for many power loads that are predominantly subjectedto rough operation, e.g., traveling cranes, loading bridges, container handling equipment, monorail systems, coking machinery, electric hoists, etc.Insutech offers two DSL systems:

  Insutech offers complete Conventional DSL System which generally comprises of Indian Standard Angle (ISA) or Rails, Brackets, Current Collectors Assemblies, Copper Expansion Compensator, Power Feed Clamp, Control Clamp. The conventional assembly is ideally suited when the current ratingsare beyond 400Amps under normal operation and shall be suited for lower ratings where the environment is dusty.Brackets are welded to the web of the girder at 2.0m intervals.When the brackets have been fitted, the four conductor rails (three phases and earth) are assembled with proper alignment of all the four conductors. The Current Collector are mounted onto the Crane, whichis in contact with the Conductor Rail and thus provides power to allthe Panels of the Crane.Insutech Conventional DSL Systems is ideally suited for Steel Plants, Smelters, Power Plants outdoor operating conditions.

  Insutech PVC Insulated Conductor system is modern power supply system made up of single pole conductor rail used in mobile machines. The system is designed as finger safe in line with International Practices.The basic application includes Monorails, Travelling Cranes amusement park etc.The system comprises of four conductors with specific PVC color (R,Y,B,G) for adequate identification. The PVC material used in Insutech System is special type of grade which is weather and chemical resistant.Insutech offers System in range from 75, 100 Amps in Galvanized Iron and 160, 250 and 400 Amps in Copper.  

  Festoon Systems are used for Cross Travel in the EOT Cranes.The function of Festoon System is to feed power to a moving machine.
