We manufacture precision engineered t dye for plastic sheet line. We have very large range from 0.300 mm to 25 mm thick sheet thickness and it ranges up to 1800 mm wide. We also provide various designs and accessories like deckling and feed blocks for these dies.

We also undertake longer jobs for cnc milling and mill the same with very accurate fixturing. Which saves lot of money for end customer since there is no requirement for machining this bigger job on very costly big cnc planomiller or cnc borer. Similarly we also have direct contacts with plants in russia and ukraine, and thus get large forging equipments like hammers, forging presses, trimming presses, coining presses and billet shears. Our specialty is to get equipment in time from these difficult areas at very reasonable price.

We have established very reliable sources for used machinery of all the engineering machinery like milling machines, planomilling machines, large lathes, vertical turret lathes boring machines, grinding machines. We offer these machines directly from plants by which it is more or less sure that a working machine is procured and directly exported to customer.

We offer precision engineered gravity die casting dies as per customer requirement either with the help of drawing or from sample product. Over the years since our inception, we have gained expertise to offer the product exactly as per customer's drawings and specifications. To support our activity, there is an accurate cnc milling machines (travel size 1000 x 500 mm). The range is widely appreciated for features including robust construction, dimensional accuracy.

We also designed and manufactured large size aluminum gravity die casting dies for sizes 700 x 500 mm size of jobs.
