TRISHEAR MILL operates in a much wider range of Viscosities than other homogenising & colloid mills, with supplementary agitation it can handle several hundred thousand centipoises. You can produce far more through-put too - without paying a stiff penalty in energy costs and maintenance. How Does a TRISHEAR MILL work? The machines are designed to be very tough and highly accurate, whereby very close tolerance between the rotor and stator generates a high degree of mechanical shear. This cutting action breaks down droplets to sub-micron sizes. The result is an emulsion that is more uniform and stable. The liquid mix is then pumped through the stator and surrounding mill. This produces intense hydraulic shear which ruptures remaining droplets & hastens the mixing process. The main demand of today & tomorrow is better utilisation of our resources and total elimination of pollution in the environment. These are of special significance in many Industries like : Cosmetic Industries, Food Industries, Chemical Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries.

Technical Features: The single & two-vane impeller has a non-clog design that passes heavy sludge and solid bits. The throughway is long with no acute turns. Despite the compromises inherent in such "Open" design,thick and thin fluids are efficiently pumped.

We have designed two types Self priming which has a vacuum pump on the same shaft behind the main impeller. Non Self priming Design: Features: Robust pumps easily installed and during maintenance the main wearing components easily accessible . The shafts are located by choice at the upper bearings, because greater stability is obtained by supporting rotating mass at a point above its center of gravity .No shaft sleeves ,hence shafts reinforced so that first critical speed is almost 1.35(minimum) above working speed resulting in smooth and quite operation of pumps.

Direction of flow reversible, The discharge flange can be suction for liquid in which case the impeller is reversed end for end, resulting in suction pressure of rotation looking from motor end.
