We are offering fully automated line leakage tester: model-model 620l. the linechek® model 620l is a fully automated line leakage tester that can be configured to perform 8 of the most commonly required line leakage tests. The 620l has the most common measuring devices (md's) already incorporated into the instrument and can perform patient lead tests with an optional scanning matrix. The 620l also features a continuous run capability which allows the dut to be run without shutting down between line leakage tests. This remains true even in reverse polarity conditions. With advanced features and capabilities the 620l can measure the voltage drop across measuring devices for compliance to iec60065 and iec60990, record the maximum rms or peak leakage current during a test, and comply with iec60601-1 for ac, dc, and ac+dc leakage measurements. When configured with an optional run test feature, the 620l can also monitor minimum and maximum readings for voltage, current, watts, power factor, and leakage current. ethernet, usbrs-232 or gpib communication interfaces allow for the automated control of the instrument. most required for electrical safety compliance.

This tester is useful for testing exchange and subscriber side of the line. On the exchange side we can check Exch. Voltage & Dial tone. On the subscriber side we can check the presence of AC voltage, Battery, Earth, Short-circuit and Condenser click. We can also give a ring to the subscriber and talk to them. There is also a provision to check exchange-side ISDN voltage. Similarly for broadband we can verify whether loop resistance is less than 1 K-Ohms. Similarly line side is connected to terminals marked “Line side”. Exchange Earthing is connected to Eth terminal. Where as Telephone handset is connected to terminals marked “Speech”. On Exchange side press “V” button, then meter will indicate Exchange voltage. For dial tone button we get dial tone on handset. On line side we can check Battery A/B, Earth A/B, Short circuit / Condenser click. We can also give Ring to party. If party lifts the handset we get LED indication. Then we can talk to party. There is provision to feed tone on the line by pressing “Tone” button. For broadband line we can check loop resistance by looping that pair at far end.
