SV-PUMPS diaphragm type Vacuum Pumps / Air Compressors are completely oil free and are motor mounted. They don't require lubrication and are practically maintenance free. Diaphragm type Vacuum Pumps / Air Compressors are more preferable compared to the conventional reciprocating piston type air compressors and sliding vane type vacuum pumps due to their minimum maintenance requirements. They are suitable for producing completely oil-free compressed air and vacuum production without environmental contamination through oil mist. Working Principle In reciprocating motion, with a short stroke, the diaphragm at the top of the connecting rod flexes up and down in a closed chamber, creating vacuum or pressure. Even at maximum duty, output air is cool and oil-free. As ambient air enters and leaves the head, it never goes near the motor to pick up heat and foreign matter. Cooler temperatures add to overall efficiency and service life. The connecting rod is bonded to its bearing not clamped as in light duty pumps. Ensuring greater strength and durability where work loads are greatest. Technical Features Minimum wear, perfectly designed cam profile, hence smooth running of parts with minimum wear. Series / Parallel connections- Two headed models can be effectively connected in either series of parallel to give higher vacuum pressure or higher flow rate. Compact Design - Due to their compactness, they are portable and ideally suited for Original Equipment Manufacturers. Uncontaminated Flow Simple & Economical Design Application Application Of Diaphragm Compressors Flame photometer Spectrophotometer Agitation as in electroplating Chemical analyzer Oxygen generating set Breathing apparatus like nebulizer & respirators Ozone generators Artist spray painting Plastic welding Cement aeration Operating hand pneumatic Wave soldering machines for foaming of flux Laminating press Applications Of Diaphragm Vacuum Pump Gas monitoring Environmental & pollution control equipments Labeling machines De-soldering suction Vacuum filtration in Labs Photographic developing machines Glass forming Dental equipments Gas charging in A/C
