Standard sizes of Instec thermal chucks range from 20mm to 300mm (custom sizes are available up to 600mm). Temperature ranges for standard models are available from -190ºC to 600ºC, with higher temperature limits available for custom hot chucks. Instec hot and cold chucks provide ultra temperature uniformity and stability (better than ±0.1ºC). An optional triaxial heater is available for eliminating electrical noise.

Digital Indicating type Pressure Transmitters senses the pressure in the process, display the pressure value in it's indicator and gives the output in current or, voltage with proportion to the input pressure.

We have Block and Bleed type of Manifolds in SS 304 and SS316 construction. These are normally used for Pressure Switches, Pressure Guages, Pressure Transmitters etc. to isolate the instrument from process and to vent out the blocked air in the process.

This Instrument are a pressure transmitter available in 4 ... 20 mA current loop or in voltage output signal versions. This transmitter offers a very high accuracy over a wide temperature range, an excellent repeatability and very long term stability. The piezo-resistive silicon sensor is anodic bonded on a very stable glass base, which is attached to a stainless steel construction. This assembly guaranties an excellent thermal isolation. The sensor is isolated from the process by a stainless steel diaphragm (1.4435 316L) and a filling liquid. The electronics is located within the hermetically sealed transmitter housing which give the Instrument an excellent resistance to shock and vibration. Protection class IP 68. Because these are small and submersible is universally suitable for all kinds of hydrostatic level measurements. It is the ideal product for environments such as in the food and beverage industries, water level measurement and all kind of standard industrial and processing applications.

To protect the Pressure, Vacuum or, DP Instruments from the higher temperature, we provide Impulse Tubes, which is also called as Capillary Tubes. The Instrument should be installed at one end of the Impulse Tube, ensuring that there are no any leakages at that end, and the other end of the impulse tube should be connected to the process. These tubing can be in Copper or, SS construction, depending up on the material suitability for the process fluid.
