Automatic Volumetric Cream/Gel/Paste Filling Machine works on volumetric principal and is used to fill varieties of cream into various types of containers with precise accuracy on a continuous conveyor line. A ‘NO BOTTLE NO FILL’ mechanism prevents spillage of cream when continuous flow of bottles is not available. The control penal box shall be provided in front for easy operation.   Operation/Working: Bottle / Container/ Jar moves along the conveyor, and get feed below the filling nozzle and exact centering of bottle below nozzles happen with the help of indexing mechanism or we can say as stopper system. The desire pre set volume is suck and delivery by the help of syringe / pump / cylinder. During operation the piston draws cream/paste from hopper and discharges it into empty container/tube.
