Standalone multi-user application works on windows without internet. This application imports attendance data from any type of external attendance system such as card reader, biometric etc and processes this data to generate payroll. Company details, employee details, salary package details, holiday details, Tax details and other system parameters, advance and loan details are entered in system. Once attendance is validated in attendance system which comes with card reader or biometric machine, it is imported in this application (payroll). Then if any employee has taken advance or loan, it is entered in system. Then if any employee has other deduction. that is entered in system. After attendance, leave and parameters are verified, salary is processed within 2 minutes (for 200 employees) by just clicking on the button. Then generated salary is verified by taking out the printout of salary register. After verification, salary is locked and only admin user can unlock it to reprocess. Salary can re-processed several times before locking. Finally salary slips, advance register and loan register are printed.
