TRACDEK® Klippon® is a concealed fixed snap-on seam roof/wall covering system that consists of structurally strong high-ribbed panels with wide-fluted pans for efficient water shedding and are fixed by means of concealed clips. All the ribs are clipped on and are interlocked. No penetration is done for its fixation to the roof or wall framing. These are ideally suited for regions which receive heavy rainfall and can be used on slopes as low as 1 in 20.   The clip-on side lap makes the Klippon® profile completely water-tight. The side lap is totally weatherproof. Any moisture drawn in by capillary action is trapped and dispersed by normal run-off.   Long lengths and weatherproof side lap allow the Klippon® profile to be used safely on roof pitches as low as 2 degree (approximately 1 in 30) for single length sheets, 3 degree (approximately 1 in 20) with end laps.

Panel length upto approx 5m    Stringers    34.5mm wide, 48mm deep made out of 0.95mm aluminium alloy AA5052/0.60mm galvanised steel, with prongs to hold the panels in a module of 75 /150mm.   Suspension    By means of suspension rods and spring clips.   Panel Span    1.5m max. with insulation, 1.8m max. without insulation    Stringer Span    1.5m max. spacing of suspension rods.   Finish    Coil Coated Panels will be finished on exposed side with 20 microns polyester coil coating over primer and on the rear side with a wash coat.   Material    Panels     150mm wide x 17mm deep, made out of 0.60mm aluminium alloy AA 3105 / 5050 with stove enamelled coil coated finish / 0.50mm galvanised steel with stove enamelled coil coated finish. Panel length up to approx 5m.    Stringers     34.5mm wide, 48mm deep made out of 0.95mm aluminium alloy AA 5052/0.60mm galvanised steel, with prongs to hold the panels in module of 150mm.    Suspension     By means of rigid suspension angles or mounted on a steel sub-structure.     Panel Span      1000mm max.     Stringer Span      500mm max. spacing of suspension angles.     Finish      Coil Coated Panels will be finished on exposed side with coil coated stove enamelled PVF2/ polyurethane/SMP paint with a wash coat on rear side.

Hi-Rib profiled sheeting 1000-1020mm cover width, 28-30mm high crests @ 250-255 mm c/c manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT hi-tensile pre-painted Galvalume steel (AZ-150 gsm. Aluminium —Zinc alloy metallic coating of total both sides 550 Mpa yield strength as per AS-1397). Exterior coat of SMP (Silicon Modified Polyester) / BHP XRW paint system, 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a 5 micron polyester back coat applied over 5 microns primer. The sheet shall have wide pans with 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side laps for purlin support. The male end of the sheet shall have anti-capillary flute at side laps to prevent leakages. The sheet shall be fixed by means of Galvanized self- drilling self tapping fasteners (12-14x55 with EPDM seals). The sheet shall be supplied in lengths maximum up to 6-12 meters long to suit site dimensions.   

Double  Skin Custom-made Sandwich Roofing System consists of top and bottom sheet which will have 'Z' sub-girt and Rockwool Insulation in between.  The whole system is assembled at the site as per site conditions which will have flexibility to suit the different shapes of the building and  the thickness of the insulation.   Double Skin Sandwich Roofing System is becoming more and more poular these days in view of its tremendous and varied advantages, some of which are as follows :-   Reduces outside noise level tremendously, thereby giving a noise-free working condition inside of the building.  It is therefore ideal for the structures, factories, commercial buildings, theme parks, etc.   Due to the two layers of sheets and insulation in-between, heat transmission is reduced drastically. Adlabs Imagica is India's largest Water Theme Park and Theatre promoted by Adlabs Entertainment Limited. The whole contract was awarded to us for the supply of entire materials, erection and commissioning as per the requirement of international consultants and the client.
