We supply Rotary type furnaces for smelting of Lead acid Battery scrap. We have successfully manufactured and supplied Rotary furnaces from batch size 2MT to 10MT. Similarly, for refining and Alloying of Lead of purity 99.97% and Battery grade alloys, we supply refining and alloying pots from batch size 10MT to 50MT. For higher capacity Lead Recycling Plant, we recommend Ingot Casting machine common for 2 or 3 refining pots. In addition to the Air Pollution control system, all Rotary furnaces and refining pots are supplied with fugitive emission control system to maintain the working environment clean and free from dust particles.

Applications Collect coolant (Soluble cutting oil) / Neat (Straight) cutting oil from th sump tank, filter the oil / coolant and return the clean oil / coolant back in to the tank. Entire operation done in minutes say about 200ltr. Tank cleaned in 10 minutes as compared to manual opration which takes hours. Extends coolant life – saves coolant cost. Better coolant hygiene. Less down time. Better product finish and longer tool life. Features Unit equipped with turbine blower ensures trouble free and continuous operation. Being a portable unit can be conveniently transported between machines / aisle. Over flow protection ensures neat and tidy operation. Can be used for removal of swarf, slurry and deposits from machine tool beds, trays, sumps and cleaning of surrounding areas. Dual filteration: Excess swarf basket acts as primary separator and separates swarf / grinding dust etc. The main filter basket collects the remaining dirt, filters the coolant / oil and the filtered coolant is transferred to the coolant / oil tank.
