The LABTOP ® Blood Bag Tube Sealer is a compact equipment to seal the Blood Bag pilot tube by radio frequency sealing system. Sealing can be achieved in less than 1.5 seconds per tube by simple operation. Sealed tube can be easily separated by pulling the sealing section by both sides.

Application: It consist of a volumetric dish fitted on the top of the machine. A film roll of suitable width has to be mounted at the back of the machine. Then the film goes into the unwinding assembly & then enters into the forming collar & forms into a tube. The vertical sealer seals the front of the tube. Then the material is filled & the bottom seal is made. The cutter then automatically separates the pouch.
