We offer the sigma kneader at affordable rates to the clients. mode of operation kneading and mixing machines arrangement comprises of two specially designed duplex type kneading arms or blades in one piece very precisely machined for accurate and proper shape and arranged horizontally in a trough, the lower portion of which consists of two semi-cylinders, revolving towards one another in opposite direction which provides highly intensive mixing, kneading and homogenizing action, even with materials of toughest consistency. the emptying is effected by tilting the trough by means of a handle in case of the small size & by inching device or motor in case of large sizes. The whole kneading trough is capable of tilting from horizontal to vertical position through an angle of 110° for easy discharge of material. The machine can also be arranged for heating and cooling by providing a jacket.

This machine comprises of a double 'U' shaped container welded and machined together inside which rotates two 'Z' shaped sigma blades in opposite directions. The clearances between the walls and the container are kept to a minimum to ensure maximum effciency in kneading and mixing. The shafts of the sigma blades are fitted in bearing blocks which are each provided with roller bearings, steel glands teflon rubber seals for smooth and leakless operations. The kneader is mounted on a sturdy base frame fabricated out of ISMC sections and are free from vibrations. For cooling and heating jackets are provided.

Sigma mixer consist of two sigma shaped mixing blades positioned within in a ‘w’ shaped mixing vessel. The clearance between the blades and the vessel walls is low (~2 mm). The low clearances produces high shear and particle size reduction. Material is loaded into the mixer from the top of the vessel and discharged by tilting the container assembly.
