Vibro Sifter works on gyro principle. The required gyratory motion is obtained from specially designed gyro motor, which is fitted underneath the vibrating assembly. The complete vibrating assembly is isolated from the base by means of specially designed rugged springs. Gyro-motor is fitted with top & bottom eccentric weights designed as per required centrifugal force.

V' Blender, the rotating shell V-Type Blender are used only as dry mixers and have no packing glands (seals) around shafts entering the chamber to eliminating problems of cross contamination. Advantages of Blending operation in this Blender are, minimal attrition when blending fragile granules, large capacity, and easy loading and unloading. Tapasya's Plough Shear Mixer is designed for ordered heavy duty mixing of both Dry and Wet materials. The special design of shovels with broad ends and pointed tips facilitates good penetration and shuffling of the mass within. Penetration followed by agitation of the mass in quick succession of the specially designed blades results in homogeneity of powder mass both in dry and wet stages. Appropriate dough formation is reached in later process. Centrally mounted chopper will then operate to obtain wet granules of uniform size. Plough Shear Mixer is designed for heavy duty blending of both Dry and Wet materials. Plough shape shovels mounted on central shaft with its ointedends are easily penetrable through the dense powder mass in a cylindrical drum or a vessel. Shuffling of the mixture is achieved by broader end of the shovels. Penetration followed by agitation of the mass in quick succession of the specially designed blades results in homogeneity of powder mass both in dry and wet stages.

Planetary Mixer is ideal for mixing of wet dry materials. It has a homogeneous mixing action. The planetary motion of the beater enables faster and better mixing of material at a considerably lesser time. Slow speed is used for dry mixing with less dust generation and faster speed for kneading operation during wet granulation portable mixing bowl with top mounted agitator has a dual advantage of material transfer and no risk of gland packing contamination. Quick Release coupling with built in NRV installed on the machine.

The right hand side shaft is connected to a standard gearbox by means of chain and sprockets, which in turn is coupled to an electric motor. The whole drive assembly is covered with S.S. side panel. The inside portion of Octa body is mirror polished and the outside surface of Octa body; frame & guards are matt polished. The material to be mixed is charged in machine either manually from top or bin charging system or vacuum charging system and then the port is locked positively. Then blender is started to preset blending time. At the end of process, machine is stopped and the product is transferred to process containers by opening the butterfly value.

Octagonal Blender, due to its octagonal shape is designed to process larger volume of material. It occupies less space compared to other similar blenders like 'V' and Double Cone. Power consumption is also less. The blending takes place at low speed during operation. It is well balanced even in higher capacities. It is very useful for pharmaceutical industries wherein gentle blending of dry granules of powder is to be done. It is a slow speed blender and has removable type baffles mounted on a rectangular shell. The important feature of the machine is easy to wash in place. Octagonal blender is supplied with a bin charging system or can be designed for vacuum charging. Dust free charging system is also incorporated, which is a completely closed system for charging and discharging of powders or granules. The power consumption is comparatively lower than other similar type of blenders. The machine basically consists of shell welded with conical Octagonal shape ends and supported with sturdy supports on both side.
