Models upto 1000 kgs can be offered with hand/power operation, however scissors of a higher capacity have to be power operated for lifting movement. type -ii: this is an ideal truck loading system; for both palletised loads or otherwise, wherein one man can load the entire truck load of palletised load. this system consists of a) a usha scissors platform stationary type either pit mounted or kept on the floor with a small ramp. This is placed in the area where the truck will be parked for loading. b) pallet trucks (for pallet loads) or simple 4 wheeled trolleys/stackers (for non-palletised loads). these are used for bringing the materials to the scissors platform. A manual stacker (upto 500 kgs) can be used where loads are to be stacked on each other.
