We offer the htc oil sealed rotary high vacuum pumps. Htc range of vacuum pumps are of oil immersed rotary vane type, the sliding vane pump has a cylindrical housing. The rotor, linked by its shaft to an electric motor via a cooling, usually carries two spring loaded opposing blades to ride on the stationary housing. As the rotor turns, a blades sweep the stator walls and gas molecules entering the inlet of the pump pass into the volume created by the eccentric mounting of the rotor in the sector. The gas is then compressed forcing the exhaust valve to open and permitting gas discharge. The inlet port and exhaust valves are separated by a contract area where the housing in machined to the same radius as the rotor. A film of oil is used on all moving parts to lubricate and seal the pump.
