The Cartridge assembly consists of plates, perforated screens, spacers and fitter media. Interlocking spacers internally form single pipeline. The unfiltered liquid is centrally fed under pressure from bottom inlet. The liquids spreads out equally on each plate fitted with filter media. Solids remain on filter media and clear. filtrate flows through precisely made holes on sides of plates and collects in the shell, which then comes out through the outlet. In this process, solids are evenly distributed on each plate. Tray Dryer : Drying oven is suitable for drying powders, bottles, resting and etc. The oven is manufactured from M.S. double walls or S.S.304 quality insulated with fiber glass. A blower is provided to circulate the hot air evenly in the oven, and dampers are provided from which moist air is driven our. And fresh air is drawn in. For heating "U" type escort heaters are used. A panel box is provided having indicating lamps, thermostat starter. Digital temperature controller is provided for controlling temprature. The inner part of the oven is painted with heat resistant silver paint and outside is painted with synthetic enamel paint. The oven upto 24 trays capacity is supplied without trolley.

INDUSTRIAL STIRRER :   This unit is suitable for mixing syrups and liquids. The stirring shaft and the propeller are made out from S.S. 304/316quality. The stirrer shaft is directly fitted to the motor. The unit is supplied with an tubular adjustable M.S. stand. M.S.Channel stand with uppering and lowering arrangement is provided for more than 2 H.P. stirrers are tailor made as per customer's requirements. The motor used are standard 3 phase 1440 RPM.

The tanks are fabricated from S.S. 304/316 quality. The tanks are polished and buffed to get mirror finish from inside and outside. The tanks are supplied with lid, outlet, and 4 Nos. legs fitted with fiber castor wheels.
