An electric oven is a thermally insulated chamber used for heating, baking or drying a substance. A special air blower is provided to achieve the temperature uniformly within the chamber.

It is a machine similar to uruli roaster with a difference that it uses fire wood (briquette, coconut husk or any other agro waste) as fuel. The machine is provided with a stationary vessel and a rotating stirrer.
