Acoustic Doors are the ideal solution for thermal & acoustic isolation in public as well as private locations manufactured as per standards of third party certification from Intertek. Acoustic doors are designed for use in commercial or residential applications. Available in Single or Double panel configuration with frames prepared for installation in Masonry, Steel or Wood stud construction. Vulcan Acoustic Doors are designed to suit any available hardware configurations including locksets, panic exit devices, closers and view lites. We can also build to fit your specific needs in custom door sizes, designs and configurations of hardware. Both steel & wooden doors are tailor made to suit various customer and project requirements.  SPECIFICATIONS   FRAMES Wooden frames are made with solid wood of density varying from 600-800 kg/m3 & then painted to the required colour. Frames can also be made with Mineral Core as per requirements. Steel frames are made of galvanised steel sheets of 1.5 mm thick & powder coated.  SHUTTERS Wooden shutters are made with particle chip board, mineral core and composite core. Steel doors are made with 1.2mm-1.5mm thick galvanised steel as outer skin. Infill being rockwool, gypsum board, sound deadening fabric depending on the acoustic rating. Single Doors from size Width 650-1600 mm X Height 1500-3000 mm can be made. Double Doors from size Width 1200-3000 mm X Height 1500-3000 mm can be made. Our timber doors can achieve acoustic ratings from 26 dB to 42 dB. Our steel doors can achieve acoustic ratings from 30 dB to 47 dB. Upon request for any customised job, our team is readily available for customer interaction, site visits and project approvals.  HARDWARE Fire rated hardware complying to ANSI & British standards can be accommodated. Security hardware starting from the range of single point locking to five point locking system is also available. Any customer specific lock system can also be engineered into our Doors.
