This machine is used for breaking of cocoa bean shell.

It is a combination of three equipments namely aspirator with cyclone separator, de-stoner and shaker. Each equipment can act independently or in groups according to the type of impurities to be removed. Accuracy of cleaning is above 97%.

Pilot chilly cleaner is used for removing excess loose chilly rice, stem, stone and dust from chilly. This machine can also be used for cleaning turmeric to a certain extent.

Vibro sifter is used for grading powders of different particle size. This can be achieved by placing additional deck one over the other of different mesh size

Continuous rice washer is used for washing rice or similar materials in bulk quantity. Water sprayed continuously into the chamber, removes the impurities from the raw material

Huller is used for de husking and polishing of coffee, paddy and similar types of beans and grains. Accuracy of separation is around 90%. A fan box separates seed from the husk.

Filter presses generally work in a "batch" manner. They are loaded with slurry before completing a filtering cycle and producing a batch of solid filtered material, called the filter "cake". The solid is removed, the press re-loaded with slurry and the batch cycle repeated. A filter press uses increased pressure to maximize the rate of filtration and produce a final solid with a low water content.

The machine removes floating impurities, sand particles below 800 microns, dust and other washable impurities. It is also used for soaking rice to the required level of moisture and rinsing the excess water. It consists of a perforated vessel with stirrers. The washed material can be kept in the same vessel for soaking. Then it is rinsed and discharged through bottom for further processing.

It separates powder of required micron size from the bulk. An eccentric shaft reciprocates the rectangular sieve resulting in this separation

It is a machine used for removing testa from coconut.

This machine is used for winnowing shell from cocoa butter

De-husker is used for removing husk of the coconut.

Uruli roaster is used for roasting powders, spices, pulses, grains etc. Here 'uruli' is rotating and stirrers are stationary. Raw material fed to the rotating vessel gets heated directly. After roasting, material is discharged through a central discharge hole. The fuel used in this equipment is lpg.

Sautiner is a jacketed vessel provided with stirrers which roasts powders, pulses and prepares semisolids. The heating media generally used is thermic fluid or steam.

It is a machine similar to uruli roaster with a difference that it uses fire wood (briquette, coconut husk or any other agro waste) as fuel. The machine is provided with a stationary vessel and a rotating stirrer.

Coffee roaster is used for roasting coffee beans batch by batch. The coffee bean fed to the roasting chamber is roasted and discharged to a perforated cooling tray, where it is cooled by a blower and stirrer. Generally LPG firing system is supplied along with the equipment.

Drum roasters are unique machines that make sure the spices retain their flavor and masalas, their traditional taste.The mode of firing generally used is LPG.

Jacketed vessel is used for heating liquids like fruit pulp,ayurvedic medicine etc, by passing externally generated steam through a sealed “vacuum” system. Kettles are designed according to their constructional features. They are: (a)Tiltable kettle (b) Fixed kettle (c) Fixed kettle with stirrers.

Fluid bed dryers are used for products with moderate viscosity.Fluid bed processing involves drying,cooling,agglomeration and coating of particulate materials.

This equipment is a jacketed ss vessel used for heating of oils. The mode of heating is by thermic fluid with an expansion tank.
