Chicken pickle: This pickle is made with boneless or bone-in chicken pieces, marinated in a mixture of red chili powder, turmeric, salt, ginger, garlic, and fenugreek seeds, and cooked in oil until tender. The pickle can be stored in an airtight container for up to a month in the refrigerator.
Mutton pickle: This pickle is made with boneless mutton pieces, marinated and cooked in a similar way as chicken pickle, but with more spices and longer cooking time. The pickle has a rich and aromatic flavor and can last for up to two months in the refrigerator.
