We manufacture pure coconut oil extracted from high quality copra. The selected copras are sun dried carefully in the yards and also dried using hot air to bring down the moisture content of the copras. This helps us to reduce the ffa content in the oil to almost zero percent. we can supply coconut oil in bulk, tankers, barrels, 15 litres cans, pouches and hdpe bottles of all quantities. we have plant capacity of manufacturing 20 mt of oil per day (20000 litresday) ie., 600 mt per month (6 lakh litersmonth). we also provide tanker lorries of 25 mt capacity for safe transportation of coconut oil to almost all states in india.

We provide high quality coconut oil cakes in jute bags and also in bulk. The cakes are made from copras of high quality after extracting the oil from it. The cakes contain 6-8% oil in it. They can be used for cattle feeds, for solvent extration plants and also for extracting remaining oil.

In our plant we manufacture pure edible coconut oil. The copra is roasted in a 6 stage cooker at medium temperatures. This give the oil a nice aroma. Then the oil is filtered in four different filtaration method to obtain its high quality characteristics. This makes the coconut oil to lose maximum fatty acids to almost 0.1%. Also the iofine value is reduced below 7%. Hence the coconut oil becomes very pure and edible.
