Unlike edge lit lights which have a light guide plate and a very small heat sink area, backlit lights have more than 5 times heat sinking area. These ultra slim panels are available in 3W to 24W range with square and round shape. They are mostly used for kitchen, wardrobe, parking and office lighting purposes. They are easy to install for various types of false ceilings and can save energy unto 80% as compared to any other type of lighting source.
