Due to this, rock phosphate is then reacted with dilute Sulphuric Acid to produce Mono Calcium Phosphate that is easily soluble in water.The production process starts with the fine grinding of the Rock phosphate ( 93% passing through 100 mesh ) which is them measured and is processed into a lead lined & AHR tiles lined mixer along with 54% sulphuric acid that carries out the reaction very fast to form a thick slurry. The thick slurry is them discharged into the den until it gets solidified. No the solid form of the discharged material cut and graded y a den cutter that is installed in the den for this specific purpose. During the process, many Fluorine based gases are liberated out.
