Steam Glove Valves
Steam Valves are all characterized by a closer member, usually in disc or plug form, which is moved by the actuator perpendicular to a ring shaped seat. The flow passes from the inlet port through the seat to outlet port. The types differ mainly in the orientation of the seat to the direction of flow through the valve. There are many variations in seat, stem and bonnet design in Steam Valve. All the working parts are generally of stainless steel to avoid wear and tear. Steam Valves are used primarily for steam purpose. They are used where pressure condition are severe and hence are heavier than most of the other type of valves. Steam valve can control flow and provide tight seal when fully closed. Steam valves are faster to open or close. Due to stainless steel working parts, there seating surface are less subject to wear and their high pressure drop makes them useful in controlling pressure.Due to heavy structure, such valves are costlier than other valves. In large size they require considerable power to operate, thus necessitating gearing, levers etc.
...moreSteam Check Valves
Permit flow in one direction only and stops flow automatically when the flow is reversed. They are entirely automatic in action, depending upon pressure and velocity of flow with inline to perform the function of opening and closing. Horizontal lift Check Valves are suitable for Horizontal pipe line and cap to be on the top. Fluid flows through a horizontal bride wall on which disc is seated. Vertical check valves are suitable on vertical pipeline allowing only unidirectional flow upward.
...moreStainless Steel Cryogenic Globe Valves
Cryogenic Valves are custom designed for critical cryogenic applications. Typically offered as gate or globe design in bronze and ball design in stainless steel with accessories as needed for each application. Available with manual actuation. These valves are all characterized by a closer member, usually plugged form is moved by actuator perpendicular to a ring shaped seat. The flow passes from the inlet port through the seat to outlet port. This particular valve is designed exclusively for the handling of the cryogenic liquids such as liquid Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon on bulk storage tanks, transports and pipelines. They provide positive shut-off and offer a long, low maintenance service life. These valves are available with a variety of inlet and outlet connections, stem length and body configurations. FeaturesTeflon seat disc and seat designed offer positive shut-off and a long service life. Unique spring loaded upper packing extends service life. One piece slip-on seat assembly for easy replacement.

Globe Valve are all characterized by a closer member, usually in discor plug form, which is moved by the actuator perpendicular to a ring shaped seat. The flow passes from the inlet port through these at to outlet port. The types differ mainly in th e orientation of the seat to the direction of flow through the valve. Globe Valves are used primarily for throttling purpose. They are widely used along with Gate Valve in power and process piping system. Globe Valves may be considered a general purpose flow control valves. Globe Valves are generally faster to open and close then the Gate Valves . Their seating surface are less subject to wear and tear. High pressure drop makes them useful in controlling pressure. Their high pressure drop may be undesirable in many piping system. In large size they require considerable power to operate, thus necessitating gearing, lever etc. Globe Valves are often heavier then other valves of same flow rating.
...moreGate Valves
Gate Valves are characterized by a sliding disc or gate which is moved by the actuator perpendicular to the direction of flow. There are many variations in seat, stem and bonnet design in gate valves. They are available in a wide assortment of sizes and weights. Gate Valves are used primarily as stop valves, i.e., fully open or fully closed. They are not normally considered for throttling purpose. They are suited for high pressure and high temperature use with a wide variety of fluids. They are not usually used for the slurries, viscous fluids etc. Gate Valves usually have a low pressure drop when fully open, provide a tight seal when fully closed, and are relatively free of contamination build up. Gate Valves are prone to vibration when in a partially open state and are also subject to seat and disc wear. Some large size gate valves are not recommended for steam services. Gate Valves have slow response characteristics and require large actuating forces.

...moreFlanged Ball Valves
Ball Valves are designed and manufactured to give maximum performance on recommended service at the lowest possible initial and upkeep cost. Such valve design permits inspection and repair of seats and seals without removing the valves body from the line. A full range of GG stainless steel-bodied ball valve are designed for process industry applications and for other high corrosive environments . The range features stainless steel , investment cast valvebodies. Other construction features includes, PTFE packing rings in a deep stuffing box provide a dynamic seal, giving long-term protection against fugitive emission. Tight manufacturing tolerances reduce body cavity to a minimum, lessening the risk of product contamination problems. Not to mention, the use of PTFE stem seal packing, body seal, ball seal & integrated PTFE spring loaded bushing on the gland follower, guarantees low turning torque for manual operation .
...moreDrain Outlet Valves
These are specially designed for transformer pipelines to control Oil at an elevated temperature as well as for drainage of oil.Types of Valves used for such application are Gate Type, Globe Type, Ball Type, Butterfly Type. Various material grades such as Bronze, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel are available in these range of valves. Also, there are separate series of such valves for severe weather conditions like C5M, C3 etc as well as for areas where weather condition are very cold dropping to sub-zero levels. Thereare various choices with end connections of valves.

Cast Steel Gate Valves are characterized by a sliding disc or gate which is moved by the actuator perpendicular to the direction of flow. There are many variations in seat, stem and bonnet design in gate valves. They are available in a wide assortment of sizes and weights. These Anti Oil Theft Valves are primarily designed for Transformer Industry and designed in a most sturdy manner to make the valve robust and give an extremely long and durable life. The internal working parts of this valve are of Stainless Steel grade 316L making the sealing intact and corrosion free. The valve comes with various paint coats as per client needs.
...moreButterfly Valves
Butterfly valves consist of a rotating circular plate or a pair of hinged semicircular plates, attached to a transverse spindle and mounted inside a pipe in order to regulate or prevent flow. These Valves designed by us are with an ‘O’ Ring at the Seating surface making the valve zero leakage. Also, the valve has anti oil theft locking mechanism as well as has indication showing the valve position. Forged Steel Butterfly valves manufactured by us are best suited to eliminate any possibilities of porosities as well as superior valve finish.
