Jaw crusher is mainly used for primary crushing. It is made up of frame, eccentric shaft, grooved wheel, and flywheel, moving jaw, side guard plate, and toggle plate, toggle backseat, adjusting screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate and moving jaw plate. We are Offering Toggle Plate. The bottom of the pitman is supported by a reflex-curved piece of metal called the toggle plate. It serves the purpose of allowing the bottom of the pitman to move up and down with the motion of the eccentric shaft as well as serve as a safety mechanism for the entire jaw. Should a piece of non-crushable material such as a steel loader tooth (sometimes called "tramp iron") enter the jaw and be larger than the closed side setting it can't be crushed nor pass through the jaw. Mild steel fabricated crusher body is strengthened to withstand heavy load. Main (Eccentric) shaft is running on antifriction bearings. Jaw plates and chick plates are made from highly wear resistance manganese steel. Oscillating Jaw is fabricated from mild steel, which is fitted on main shaft. Both flywheels are work as pulleys. Flat OD wheel is for flat belt drive and V-grooved wheel is for V-belt drive. Out let gap can be varied easily by add OR remove mild steel plates between toggle plate and main body.
