Slurry water treatment plant for filtration and re circulation of water in the sawing operations in stone quarries. Steel fabricated water sedimentation tanks ensure crystal clear filtration and re-cycling of water, which is mixed with marble slurry, hence keeping the environment pollution free. Supply of clean water to the machine enhances fast cutting of stone as well as more production and tool life. The process of filtration involves the collection of slurry mixed water from the machine in an underground tank. Here water is chemically treated by injecting chemical, through a state of the art dozing pump fo speration of water from slurry. Then chemically treated water is pumped through heavy duty slurry pump to conical tank. Here the slurry settles down in the cone of tank and clear water over flows in another tank, which supplies clear, slurry free water to the machine. The deposited slurry in conical tank is removed through a heavy duty sluice valve At the bottom of the tank, directly into truck tanker for disposing slurry at prescribed site, in order to maintain pollution free slurry can be attached on out let of conical tank on request. Size of plant depends on customers requirement.

At PREM ENGINEERING WORKS, We Have developed a world-class Resin Line with High End tech and assured quality so as to provide a cost effective yet high quality slab processing solution to the customers.With Resin Lines ranging from 20 to 120 slabs in tower ovens, we provide optimum solution for all levels of production capacities from 10-30 slabs/hour.The loading and unloading of the slabs can either be done manually with the help of an inclinable conveyor chain and arm crane or automatically with the help of either a Tilting ROBOT or a Multi-Axis Robot with Open Book-Match. The tower oven is heated using high capacity blowers and is concealed from all sides minimizing heat loss resulting in low running and electricity costs. The elevator moves on four pillars ensuring superior rigidity, minimum vibrations and high-speed movement.The conveyor system uses chains on both sides to ensure smooth movement of the trays. The vacuum chamber has a robust construction equipped with vacuum pumps capable of maintaining absolute vacuum inside the chamber, which helps in treating physical effects like cracks, holes, surface effects or even joining of two broken pieces effectively.

Rational structure i e boom, Central mast and refers are made out of Heavy duty structural steel frame work duly stress relived. The base of central mast is fixed to the winch assembly which in turn rotates on specially designed Thrust Bearing anchored to the Central Foot by means of bolts grouted in Concrete Foundation of rock. The winch assembly comprises of special crane duty motor connected to helical speed reducers and reduction gear box dipped oil bath and gear meshed are coupled up to a grooved steel drum. Electro hydraulic brakes are used to central the smooth lifting of weight. The winch assembly rotates on specially designed thrust bearing by mean of multiple step down gears built into the winch foot. Wire rope is of 6 x 37 construction 16mm in dia. Electric operations are controlled with Push Button Control unit Independent from the position of winch assembly. Limit Switches for Rotation Boom lowering lifting & load lowering and lifting are provided to ensure accident free operation.
