Ready for harvest in approx 130 days. Under optimum conditions, estimated yield is 55-60 quintals per hectare. Grain is symmetrically shaped and yellowish white.  Plan Height : 90-100 cm.

It is advisable to finish sowing by 2nd week of november. Time taken till maturity 130-135 days. Grain is symmetrically shaped and shiny with the earheads being borwnish white in colour. Apporx yield is 50-55 quintals per hectare.    Height : 90-100 cm  

The HD 2967 is a high yielding wheat variety yielding 5.0 t/ha in North West Plain Zones (NWPZ) and 4.4 t/ha in North East Plain Zones (NEPZ) and also has potential for wide scale adoption. It is suitable for timely sown irrigated conditions. It possesses very high adult plant resistance against most prevalent leaf rust disease as well as of 78S84 and 465119 two most virulent races of yellow rust disease. It has also better degree of resistance against leaf blight and matures in about 143 days (NWPZ) and 129 days (NEPZ). Ear heas are white, grain is yellowish white. Maturity period 130-135 days. Yield 55-60 quintals per hectare. Sowing period is 1st half of november. Height : 95-100 cm.
