This process is basically done to help people practice yoga in a proper way. The practice will start from 5 am in the morning and end up at 10 pm at night with a bell for self rest. The schedule will equally be divided into two halves including lectures related to yoga, different kinds of ashanas such as hatha, ashtanga etc, yogic matra chanting, healthy food according to the yogic diet, ayurveda massage and a lot more.
