    RECIPE : Boil 300 gms basmati rice. Fry 4 sliced onions 1 tsp each of garlic & ginger paste in 3 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add puree of 3 tomatoes along with 1 tsp each of turmeric & Chilly powder . Cook till oil separates. Add 1/2 cup curd & 2 tbsp of MAJITHIA BIRYANI/PULAV MASALA. Add 300 gms boiled vegetables (cauliflower , green peas, carrot) & salt to taste. Mix all this with par boiled rice in a greased bowl. Add 2 tbsp pure ghee & 1/2 milk to it. Mix well. Cover & Cook For about 20 minutes on a low flame. Your Biryani is ready. Serve hot with raita.

    product descriptionspecification : heat ghee/oil and fry onions until light golden. add meat, garlic, ginger biryani mix and fry for few minutes. add 10 cups of water. cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender. then separate the meat and gravy. the gravy should be exactly 3 cups. it less add water, if more increase e heat to dry it. separately: in 15 cups / 3 liters of boiling water, stir in 3 tablespoons of shan salt and already washed and socked 3 v, cups rice. boil rice until'/. cooked. remove and drain thoroughly. layer the rice and meat curry. sprinkle dry food color and coriander leaves over the nee. mix the top layer of the rice to moisten the food color. cover and cook on low heat until the rice is completely tender. mix the biryani evenly and cook for 5 minutes before serving.
