Moulds with Crane assisted turning or Power Hinges. All the support toolings needed to manufacture blades and nacelles. Inhouse developed Vacuum system. Inhouse developed Heating system.

Rotor blade production is by resin infusion, manufactured to the highest international standards in moulds equipped with sophisticated in-built heating, a dedicated vacuum system and pneumatic controls for accurate mould profile alignment. We currently produce blades up to 45 metres in length, and blade root finishing is completed automatically with our blade root saw and drilling machines. Kemrock blade manufacturing facility is temperature & humidity controlled Tooling and rotor blades are made as per customer specific requirements. Blades are tested for Static and fatigue load conditions. State of the art painting facility to ensure surface finish quality compliances.
