This machine can be programmed to work continuously, even during night, it inserts the set amount of shampoo and water and easily rinses the shining product, all without any kind of manual intervention. The large containment tank has been designed to prevent the water from spilling out and the loss of product (Macrobrill) during the discharge of the worked pieces. This machine has been designed to work with a new shining product called MACROBRILL, no comparison to the classic stainless steel balls.

This is a universal machine used for all the wet processes of finishing-Roughing, Sanding and Polishing on jewelry parts, all ferrous alloys especially stainless steel. The machine uses vibration effect that is transmitted to a polyurethane tank by an adjustable masses vibrator. Thus, the materials placed inside the tank gets three kinds of motion: centrifugal, helical and vibrant. Their combined action, together with water and abrasive materials (with Liquid compounds or paste) makes it possible to achieve superior levels of finishing.
