The Box Compression Tester Computerized Model is a compact Instrument with user friendly controls & software made of a set of plates one is attached to the load measuring arrangement and the other is movable plate which is move with the help of motor, gearbox, and screw and nut arrangement, the movable plate have the facility of over travel and under travel.  

The digital compression testing machine has been designed to meet the need for a simple, economic and reliable means to test concrete for its compressive strength. The design expressive simplicity, both of construction and operation and makes the machine easy to use and maintain. The unit is compact, making it useful for site applications. The digital machines are privided with a pace rate controller, to enable maintain a constant of loading. The Complete unit comprises a Loading Unit which is four pillar model construction having a cross-head with a spherical seated platen. The lower platen is attached to the top of the piston. The Loading capacitiy is of 2000 KN, Cubes upto 200 mm & Cylinders upto 150 mm Dia X 300 mm Height can be tested using the appropriate spacers. Pumping Unit.
