The Quality of the feed is measured by the uniformity of the size of feed particles. The uniformity in the size is taken care by Crumbler. Crumbler mainly breaks the Pellets (which have brought down to the ambient temperature) into the uniform size particles. This Process is done by Passing the Pellets between two Rollers ( Which are running on different RPM and in opposite directions). The Gap Adjustment mechanism of the Crumbler allows to produce required particle size of the feed by adjusting the Gap between Rollers.
