The high temperature Thermic Fluid Heater is a forced Circulation water tube design in which thermic fluid under pressure circulate though a set of nested coils while draft combustion gases travel across the coils. The hot gases envelop the entire tube surface making maximum use of both Radiant & convective heat to achieve very high heat transfer rates. A circulating pump is selected to give the proper flow rate and pressure for each application to optimize motor horse power required while maintaining low film temp. to ensure long fluid life. Temperature controls monitor the output temperature and regulates the supply of fuel & air to the furnace to provide efficient combustion of the fuel.

Thermic Fluid Heating system is a fully automatic packaged, oilgas fired 3 pass heater in which Thermic fluid can be heated upto 300° C almost at atmospheric pressure. Thermic fluid heater is a closed circuit unit in which a hot thermic fluid is circulated. The heat is transferred to process through a heat exchanger in user equipment.

Hence, less excess air is required and ultimately increase efficiency. Air preheating: combustion air from FD fan passes through air preheater that absorbs the waste heat in the fuel gases. It ultimately results into efficiency increase. Balanced Draught System: It means reduction of infiltration of unwanted air though fire gates of minimum level. It results into maximum heat recovery from air preheater and assures greater efficiency. Multifuel Option: Energy Thermopak is most suitable for Coal, Wood Waste, Bagasse, Lignite etc. for optimum level output with some modification in combustion chamber. Service is extended on client's demand.

Small Industrial Boiler Design, Manufacturing & Inspection is as per Indian Boiler Regulation Act. Chapter XIV & to provide with all papers like Boiler Certificate (Form XVII). No require IBR Boiler Operators. Only X pass or Equivelent can operate this Boiler. Normal Yearly Inspection Fee.SIB Boiler design is smoke tube horizontal type, so no more maintenance required compare to Coil type Boiler. Very easy for cleaning from Water Steam side & also from Smoke tubes side. More Dryness fraction of stoam against coil type boiler. Giving constant steam pressure & In coil type Boiler may be chaces for uneven steam pressure. Incase of coil type boiler megligence in water treatment will check the coil and there will be no Steam generation. This boiler will generate the Steam & no checking problems. However, coil type boiler is not advisable. Enthalpy value is more than same capacity of coil type boiler.If require, you can run this boiler in 2\3rd capacity load at same Efficiency & In coil type boiler, this is not possible. If require in future, earning resale value is good compare to Coil type boiler because this is certified & registered Boiler.

Heat Exchange The integral combustion chamber is provided with concentric helical tube coils, placed in double shell of mild steel construction, allowing flue gases to pass thrice, thus ensuring optimum heat release and maximum heat transfer, due to top elimination of extensive use of refractory, it permits rapid start up operational and maintenance flexibility.

Entech is the latest design in coil type Non-IBR steam Boilers, incorporating unique revolutionary principle of combustion known as REVERSE FLAME, which increases combustion efficiency and allows a high rate of heat flux. The mam boiler comprises of a double jacketed MS & S S shell housing a helical coil placed within it The combustion air is forced through the jacketed shell by means of a centrifugal blower thereby getting preheated and keeping the outer sheet cool The pressure jet burner atomises the fuel and combustion is estabkshed The flue gas flows axially downwards and on reaching the bottom it reverse upward thereby completing two passes m the rediant zone There two passes in radiant zone ensure complete combustion and high rate of heat flux. In the fourth pass which is through as efficiency module comprising of an atmospheric economiser the flue gases further transfer heat, to preheat incoming feed water The heat optimiser ensures correct feed water temperature to the pump.

Naturally occuring water can be regarded as a very dilute solution of various salts all water containing Calcium or Magnesium salts in considerable amount are called 'Hard' Water. Such Hard Water when heated the calcium & Magnesium will deposit a hard scale in pipes, heating coils, Boilers etc. With consequent loss in efficiency and a proprtionate waste of fuel and ultimately money.
