On installing our energy efficient aerator 20% to 70% energy can be saved in any aeration system. Till date i.e. Up to 19th august 2016 we have saved total 1800 kw energy in 18 nos. Of industries by replacing aerators & diffused aeration system in their existing aeration system offering guaranteed results. as per our quality assurance plan each & every aerator & agitator which is manufactured are tested in our testing facility for 2 hours before dispatch. Our energy efficient aerators are having very unique design like : offering machined base frame from 5 hp to 15 hp & machined ismb beam base from 20 hp to 50 hp ratings, solid shaft with additional bearing support is provided, machining the impeller at centre for its concentric running, additional bottom impeller is provided for rigorous mixing, we are the only manufacturer in india providing such features. In clarifier, clariflocculators, hrscc, thickners high torque centre drive is provided, sludge arm lifting device is also provided as an in built feature.
