IMPROVING EFFICIENCY & PRODUCTIVITY OF CLUSTERED MATERIAL Rotary brush system for multi-screen separators consists of a brush system and mobile chassis. Rotary brush operates independently of the separator at low rpm. Lumps are broken apart by horizontal scraping motions and vertical crushing motions between the brush and screen. Particles too large to pass through are brushed aside to prevent clogging of the screen. The new SIVTEK add-on/option, rotary brush, ensures precise distribution of particulate by breaking the material lumps, formed due to moisture or oil content. The rotary brush helps the material to evenly & equally flow across the screen, which will eventually increase the production capacity and decrease product wastage. The material inflow on the screening mesh might be from the hopper, feed storage i.e. silos and the rotating brush moves in the opposite direction of the vibrating motion of the screening equipment to avoid excessive discharge of the material from the outlet. The light breaking of material lumps is achieved due to horizontal scrapping & vertical crushing force on the product which also pushes large lumps of material aside to prevent clogging of mesh screen.

ARRANGE WITH BALL TRAY AND RING TRAY Mesh Deblinding Kit is an Anti-Blinding Device which contains elastomeric ball with the help of the vibration the ball start bouncing and prevent the mesh blinding. An anti-blinding Ball Tray Arrangement, comprising of a coarse mesh beneath the sizing mesh on which a sufficient number of elastomer or polymer balls are placed to continuously tap the sizing screen to remove dry particles of the material which is screened and increase screening efficiency.

The SIVTEK Maximizer Deck can be retrofitted to existing equipment or supplied on new equipment to further improve production capacity by over 50% without requiring additional equipment. With the use of our Maximizers it increases active screening area by over 50% compared to other conventional separators. The good thing is it can be retrofitted to existing Vibro Separators to improve production capacity without increasing floor space requirements at minimal cost and improves screening efficiency due to material have longer travel time on the screen mesh before it is discharged.
