We are offering automatic ring making and butt welding machine. Mars has designed and developed a fully automatic ring making and butt welding spm for wire products industries. The machine can make rings from 80mm od to 1000mm od. The wire diameter can be from 1mm to 5mm. The size of the ring to be made can be fed to the machine by a hmi. The plc controlled system controls and make the ring as per the requirement. The welding system of controlled internally by the system. There is no flash during the butt welding process. The output of the machine is 20 rings per minute. The latest development can make rings with welding @ 40 ringsmin. The integrated wire straightener can handle any form of wire and spool. The machine is supplied with a de-coiler for handling bulk wires. The system works on electro-pneumatic systems without any interruption. Mars can design spm for any complicated wire forms to be made in high volumes. The machines are made user friendly, maintenance free and are cheap with high quality for longer machine life.
