We are reckoned as one of the prime Loop Thermosyphon Heat Pipe Suppliers in Gujarat. Catering to the exact expectations of the clients, the company has acquired noteworthy position amidst the trusted Heat Pipe System Manufacturers. The use of optimum quality materials in the manufacturing of the Heat Pipes ensures high durability, tensile strength and resistivity to adverse conditions. The unmatched quality and unsurpassable performance has also made the Loop Heat Pipes ideal for different industrial applications. What is a Heat Pipe? Heat Pipe is a close loop thermosyphon with the capillary structure along its inside periphery, A compatible liquid is used as a heat transfer agent to carry heat from one end to another end. The end where the heat is applied is called as evaporator end, and the other end where the cooling medium is provided is termed as a condenser end. As soon as heat is applied to the evaporator end, liquid inside vaporizes and carries latent heat of evaporation at sonic speed towards the condenser end, where cooling medium cools the vapors which in turn condenses on inside wall of the tube releasing latent heat of condensation. Due to continuous cycle of evaporation and condensation large amount of axial heat is transferred, heat pipe operates isothermally along its entire length, that means there is hardly any temperature difference left along its entire length. Heat Pipes are termed as super heat conductors because its heat absorbing capacity becomes hundred times more and its axial heat transfer rate becomes thousand times faster than any known metal in the world, even copper or silver. (In spite of the fact that copper is one of the tube material used in the construction of a heat pipes). Due to its phenomenal heat transfer rate, it is used by almost all the industries of the advanced world all over. Applications Computers, Plastic Molding, Space Electronics, Heat Recovery from the Flue Gas of Industrial Boilers, Solar Heat Receivers, Dryer Heat Recirculation, Oil Coolers, Ovens, Electrical Panel Cooling, Electronics Welding Machines, Power Transformers, and thousands of other application, as the Heat Pipes are isothermal, they are used as a heat equalizers. Advantages of Heat Pipe Systems No cross contamination: Both hot and cold sides are perfectly separated by a splitter plate. No moving parts: There are no moving parts inside the Heat Pipe, so no wear and tear.No additional power required to run the system.Remote heat removal : Remove heat from the areas where it is not conventionally possible to provide medium for cooling, Heat Pipe can remove heat from such areas and take it to the distance where the medium can be provided.Perfect Stream Separation for heat recovery systems. Features Efficient to remove heat from even smaller areas to long distancesIt can pickup heat from one end and transfer it to a remote end away from the heat sourcePerfect to be used many ways like as a heat dissipaters, Heat recovery, Heat equalizers, Solar heat collectors etcAvailable in various sizes from 4 mm to 50 mm and shapes like Round, square, rectangular, U shaped, C shaped, L shaped Flat plate type, Annular etc Heat Dissipaters Control panel coolingPower amplifiersPower suppliesPlastic molding (mould cooling)Rectifier coolingOil coolers (pneumatic power packs, Gear box oil etc.) Heat Equalizers In heat equalizer, heat pipe can be used to remove temperature gradient from metal surfaces, because heat pipe is an isothermal device like it can equalize temperature of a plastic molding feed screw. Solar Collectors Heat pipes are widely used in solar water heaters all over the world, as they have very high efficiency than the conventional receivers.
