The welders qualification covers thickness range from 0.15mm to 25mm; they have gain a great experience in TIG welding most of all on stainless steel with or without filler material, aluminium and copper. We have special vacuum and Hydrogen brazing facility with one of the vendors to carry out precision low temperature equipments.
Helium Leak detection, outgassing and base pressure measurements, bake out and heating, cold shock testing, cleaning procedures have been developed according to main research centres and industries requirements.
INDUS Vacuum and Cryogenic Systems provide raw materials according to ASTM or EN-ISO standards. On special requirements we can provide certification and test results from third party. The laboratory test can be done for inclusion level content, grain size, magnetic permeability, ultrasonic analysis, dye penetrant, following ASTM or EN -ISO standards.
Engineering, Research and Design Department:
INDUS Vacuum and Cryogenic Systems include an engineering department that is able to develop and manage UHV, cryogenics and turnkey projects. We design the equipments and products according to ASME, DIN or EN-ISO codes. INDUS Vacuum and Cryogenic Systems is equipped with following software, suitable for designing:
AUTODESK INVENTOR 2012: for 3D drawings (Subcontractor/vendor draughtsman for INDUS)
AUTODESK AUTOCAD MECHANICAL 2012: for 2D drawings (Subcontractor/vendor draughtsman for INDUS)

Our Engineering, Research and Design Department are composed of Master Cryogenic engineers (IIT Kharagpur) with several years of experience in designing UHV and cryogenic components. A Master in physics is responsible for data analysis and for the development of vacuum testing procedure and vacuum measurements.
