Additive Dosing Skid (For MS & HSD)* Cryogenic offers Additive dosing system is a very flexible System for the continuous and fully automatic dosing of additives into the main product line. We offer different dosing skid depending on the number of Loading points for different process parameters. with this in line dosing system mixed products can be produced automatically and economically. It mainly consists of additive storage tank, metering pump with flameproof motor, strainer, pulsation dampener, pressure gauge, non return valve, ball valve, back pressure valve to maintain the dosing pressure , base skid etc. product loading pump can be supplied along with the additive dosing skid (manual or pneumatically operated). Alongwith this skid we also provide complete wiring with electrical control panel for operation and selection pump which can be integrated with batch controller unit or PLC. The additive system can also be used for fuel colouring like Blue dye and marker dosing system. We offer additive dosing skid for MS, HSD, SKO. Typically, compressor skids, pump skids, metering / proving skids, dosing skids, pig launcher-receiver skids, washing skids etc. Usually skid layout is provided by the overall system designer including the structural and piping drawings. In case designing and detailing of piping, structural frame, pipe supports, equipment supports, platforms etc. is required, BEV could handle them. Design and detailed engineering of static equipment (e.g., filters, knock out drum, surge vessel etc.) could also be done. Prime cost items such as motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, agitators, control system elements, measuring instruments, valves and appurtenances etc. can be purchased and installed based on process system designer’s specifications and data sheets. BEV has the capability to integrate various components such as skid structure, pipe work, static and rotary equipment, electrical system, controls and instrumentation system etc. BEV has a team of competent design engineers, design associates and draftsmen experienced in the field. Generally Autocad 2D is used for drafting and 3D for modeling and interference checks. Piping stress analysis can be carried out at our design associates if required.   Materials of construction range from carbon steel, various grades of low alloy steels through stainless steels like SMO (6% Mo) and Duplex/Super Duplex Stainless Steel including exotic metals like titanium, cupro nickel, incolloy etc. We have an extensive range of WPQRs covering a wide range of materials, thicknesses and welding processes such as SAW, SMAW, GTAW and FCAW. We have an extensive range of WPQRs to ASME Sec IX and EN ISO 15614 covering a wide range of materials, thicknesses, processes and other variables.   In addition, WPQRs to suit any custom requirements including Client specifications can be developed and qualified within a short turnaround time.   We carry out post weld heat treatment / stress relieving of individual welds using localized resistance heating. In case of larger volumes, temporary purpose-built temporary furnace could be arranged within our facility.   Arrangements for non destructive testing such as radiography, dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasound, PMI, spot hardness testing etc. are available. Metallurgical, mechanical and chemical testing is done at NABL accredited independent testing facility. Hydro testing up to 600 bar can be done with or without chart recorders. Pneumatic testing and / or helium leak testing could also be done. We have a fully enclosed steel grit blasting facility and air less spray painting facility.   BEV will be able to do function tests and dry simulation of the complete package. Arrangements could be made for rotating equipment trial run also.
