Each vertical centrifuge is designed and built in a user-friendly manner to enable easy loading and extraction and our result oriented controls and intensive washing of solids assures effective solid-liquid.   GENERAL FEATURES In this type of centrifuge, the solid-liquid separation is done through a scraper that cuts the solid cake while the basket is rotating at a slow speed. The solids are then discharged through openings provided in the basket bottom and bottom base/inertia plate. Feeding – Feeding is carried out while the basket is rotating at an appropriate speed. After the required cake is built, the feeding is stopped. The centrifuge continues to run for some time to partially dewater the solids. Washing – After feeding, washing is carried out by pumping wash liquid through the wash pipe. Spinning – The spinning of the basket ensures proper completion of the dewatering process.
