We offer an extensive range of ladder type cable trays (no caps), manufactured by an automatic pultrusion machine. These ladder type cable trays are made up of c shaped side channel. Rungs of our ladder type cable trays are secured to the side channels by pressure contact moulding or by bolting. Furthermore, rung internals are designed to eliminate rolling over, during cable installation and are places 300mm/250mm apart c/c. specifications sizes : ranging from 50mm to 1000mmwidth : from 3mm to 5mm thickness

Ladder type cable trays are fabricated out of steel sheets conforming to us IS1079 & IS1079 with a thickness of n1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm. RAW MATERIAL:All the cable trays are standard length 2500mm for carious width minimum being 150mm width and maximum 1000mm width. Slotted rung are welded or bolted to the side runners every 250mm c/c interval. At both the end of the cable tray four circulars holes are provided for connecting the adjacent cable tray of accessories / by coupler plates. ACCESSORIES: The series of accessories include straight ladder, horizontal elbow, horizontal tee, horizontal cross, horizontal reducer, vertical elbow up, inside, vertical elbow down, outside, coupler plate, fasteners etc.    

The ladder type cable trays are manufactured with the width ranging from 150mm to 1200 mm & height ranging from 50 mm to 150 mm. The thickness varies from 16 swg to 10 swg with all accessories. They are made from sheet metal or from angle and flats / ducts having two longitudinal side rails connected by individual transverse members called rungs.
