These Come Mainly in the Following Types : Bag Filter : These filters are useful for separation of suspended particles in liquids up to 1 micron. Selection depends on the flow rates, contamination level, operating temperature, operating pressure and type of liquid. Process Filter : Increasing demand for high level of purity in process fluids call for critical selection of filtration media – Sintered SS, SS woven as well as non woven, Polypropylene - melt blown/ string wound/ pleated, Teflon Membrane, Cellulose, Resin Bonded, Borosilicate Glass fiber etc. The media could be wrapped type, melt-blown or pleated for surface or depth filtration products with different efficiencies: Absolute or Nominal. Filter Housing made from CS, SS 304, SS316 and SS 316L, PP, FRP, FRVE are available depending on the nature of the fluid. SS 304/ SS 316 and SS 316 L single element and multi elements filter housings with tri-clover body and end connections are available. The filter housings are polished for mirror finish internally and externally. Electro polished finishing is also offered as optional. Wet Filtration : We offer ready stitched centrifuge bags, nutsche filter pads, press filter butterfly panels. The filter cloth is selected based on the filtration efficiency and nature of liquid. Strainers : These are used for filtration of water, chemicals, petrochemicals, edible oil, coolants and other liquids, to remove solid contaminants with minimal pressure drop. These filters/strainers cover all application in a wide spectrum of industries. We also offer automatic self cleaning filters which are used for large liquid flows like cooling towers, river and sea water intake systems etc.
