They are also rich in other nutrients, as well as fiber. Just 3 Figs give enough fiber needed for an adult's daily diet .   Fig can also be considered a good forestry product, as it provides all round year nutrition to wild animals, food and shelter for birds and generates employment among locals and tribal people.
